From the age of 18, I have been experimenting with the ingredients to create new recipes of breads. About 9 years ago, I opened "Just Bread", a small bakery.
However, I realized it wasn't enough just to make and sell bread. I wanted to share my knowledge and tips with everyone who wants to learn how to make healthy sourdough bread at home. This is how I started the online baking school 5 years ago.
Now I help people in different countries make and enjoy homemade bread. Over 30000 people from Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Kazakhstan, and my home country, Ukraine, have learnt the magic of baking bread at home.
Last year I gave birth to a wonderful baby girl Eva. Since I became a mom, healthy, nutritious foods have become even more important to me. That is why I pay particular attention to creating delicious and healthy bread recipes.
